Nice surprise
Needed an ink update which is always confusing; got great help from the man on the floor, who stayed with it until he found it; and at the register it turned out I had points to take fully half off the price. Thank you!

poor performance
i needed a replacement cartridge very soon after using my new Epson WF-2960 printer. The new cartridge was not working well. Upon following instruction to clean it - now none of the color cartridges work and it won’t print only in black and white.

It must just evaporate. This is my 3rd order, but I hardly ever use color, and it runs out for some reason. I'm not really satisfied with the product.

Choose thé right one.
First I choose the wrong number. Then realized to read the cartridge. Now everything's good. Just have adjust the enlargement on small cards.
