Needed an ink update which is always confusing; got great help from the man on the floor, who stayed with it until he found it; and at the register it turned out I had points to take fully half off the price. Thank you!

poor performance
i needed a replacement cartridge very soon after using my new Epson WF-2960 printer. The new cartridge was not working well. Upon following instruction to clean it - now none of the color cartridges work and it won’t print only in black and white.

I like the printer very much but it is terrible on the usage of ink. Also the 3 colors deplete when youare printing only black. Also cant use generic ink or reproessed ink from epson as the code is not correct but says it will work. I wasted 48.00 on epson remamufactured ink.

Wrost printer ever!
Two printers, same model, jammed right after I unboxed it and set it up. This last one also had BIG color problems. There was WAY TOO MUCH PINK in the picture instead of blue and a white background. Could NOT adjust it. Returned. I thought that Epson printers were good. But NEVER USE EPSON anymore.

Genuine EPSON Ink
I’ve tried to save money by buying cheaper ink knockoffs but have had trouble finding compatible products that my EPSON Work Pro 2860 and EPSON Work Pro 3860 will not reject. I always come back to Genuine EPSON ink…which would have saved me a few hundred dollars if I’d bought them in the first place! Trust me - buy Genuine EPSON ink every time!

I actually bought two of these a few days apat. I have only used Epson inks on the three Epson printers, and have always been pleased at the ir high quality. Only recently have I used an Epson app to check ink levels. I installed all 3 of the color colors and immediately checked ink levels only to find them all about 2/3 filled.
