Outlet plug
This outlet plug did it all for me: surge protector, USB and the newest one... I can never remember the name of the smaller port. 6 plugs. It fits and works great.

Six Outlet and Surge Protector with USB
I use these in the bathroom because they’re so convenient even more so with the USB ports. They work so well, but I even put a couple in our new RV.
