Horrible printer for office use.
I purchased this printer because of the reviews and that it seemed like a decent printer. After using it in an office setting it is the slowest printing printer that I have used and it goes through ink way quicker than any other printer I have used. If I could return this and go back to a HP printer I would. I regret the purchase and would not advise anyone to purchase...

Too slow for an office printer
It is too slow for an office printer it curls up envelope and card stock documents which is not very presentable.

One sided printer only
The Printer seems like it would be really helpful. Except that it doesn't do the things it claims to do. The print on both sides feature, will either print twice on the same side, OR flip the 2nd side upside down so you'd have to turn the page over completely to read it. It does not matter if you choose flip by Long Side or Short Side. Both do the same exact problem...

Solid printer for regular printing
This is a relatively large heavy printer and it isn't as flashy looking as some of its competitors (HP). The touch display is not very responsive either. Very frustrating
So the printer and fax and scanner are great if you’re using your computer or phone. I cannot figure out how to use the actual buttons on the machine itself. They won’t work. Tried calling support several times and they’re not in on the weekends.

Love this printer!
Have had this model for years - just replaced one last month with the same model. The only problem I seems to be having is when printing in Windows 11 it sometimes puts out an error code if you try to print too quickly between items.

Doesn't work; terrible support
Within three months of installing this printer it began to fail. Smudging all along one edge shadow repeats of text pink shading on any color printed page toner that won't bond and is rubbed off on your hands.
