The product was probably fine, but it coincided with a firmware update that required a restore back to factory defaults. Spent about an hour with tech service to reset the printer via hidden tech service screens.

I ordered my ink toner for work and it said the 16, didn’t get here until the the 18th, by then I had already driven 40 min to the staples store near me and got more ink for our annual report that was due by the 19th. Gentleman in store said 2 day shipping when he was telling me about the more expensive ink cartridge to last longer.
