The product was probably fine, but it coincided with a firmware update that required a restore back to factory defaults. Spent about an hour with tech service to reset the printer via hidden tech service screens.

Never received it
I would love to leave a review but I have no idea. This was part of a very expensive order that was delivered to the wrong place and I have not heard anything from Staples since I informed them that it was never received.

Received it on time
After three calls and numerous calls to Staple I was finally able to receive my toner! I must complement the people I contacted on the phone for their patience and courtesy as well as efforts to assist me in figuring out who, what, where, when, and why the errors occurred!
