Horrible experience
This is a great printer, as far as printing. However, it drinks ink and the ink is expensive. You can barely print 100 pages on black and white before it states that you are out of ink. In order to reset it, you need an app on your computer, but it isn't to download the app. So, in short, unless you print once a year, this printer is AWFUL!! I would return it, but it wa...

Not too happy with the purchase
I'm not very happy with this purchase. The LBP632Cdw is noisy. I have not been able to set the default tray for the paper source, instead i have to manually select Drawer 1 from the printer because no default tray is automatically selected. And try to figure out the registration tool - it is absolutely not intuitive. you need to know how that tool works to find the prod...

worst printer
Horrible, disaster experience to set it up. Almost impossible, everytime the connectivity will fail. It's just soo hard to use that I have to leave a review here.

Another Canon disappointment. No more Canon for me.
I bought the LBP632cdw to replace a 14+ year old HP laser printer. I did not expect it to be as good as the HP but, close. No luck. The drivers do not work well. The printer ignores the settings from the computers printing to it. It sends every job to the multi-purpose tray, which never has paper. Inside Delivery Was Nice
Having had medical issues earlier this year I was most concerned about lifting a 30+ pound printer carton in a dead lift if sitting on the floor.
The person deliverying the printer simply said "sure" when I asked if he would please place the large carton on a print stand I had prepared. It was immediately a relief because I am not supposed to lift greater than 15#.

GEEZ -- NOT USER FRIENDLY ANTIQUATED SET UP
This printer is the first canon I have purchased in 15 years. And the set up is antiquated, difficult and doesn't even follow the user manual or any of the troubleshooting found on the canon website. returning. not worth the headache. I am fairly conversant w/ printers and networking. NOTHING WORKING AS STATED IN INSTRUCTIONS.

I have low expectations of printers because they can be difficult to connect. This printer did require patience because set up was from the LCD screen and I had to slog through a lot of screens. I just received this printer today and it literally took 5-10 mins to set up wireless, download driver and print for the first time. The extra piece that comes with the printer is for legal size paper. I found that information on Color imageCLASS LBP633Cdw/ LBP632Cdw User's Guide (pdf) that I downloaded from Canon's website. The worst printer I've ever owned, going back to the 1990s.
This printer has ruined two Windows computers on me...totally destroyed the ability to print with and printer either locally or networked.
If the IP address changes on the network, printing fails, and if you try to change the ip address of the printer, it doesn't really resolve the issue well.
If you uninstall the device, it took all my printers out of service.

Great Results so Far!
I like having a wireless printer because I can put it anywhere, it doesn't need to be connected to a PC, and this is a big deal to me. Color printing is nice, my last printer lasted 20 years but was only B & W. This is much better!
I haven't had the printer very long, but so far I am happy with the results and the price was amazing!
