I had no idea of what I would find to solve my problem. I had to wait for someone to helo me. There was only one worker available in the whole store. Doesnt Work
I both did a plug and play and downloaded the driver on multiple computers. The monitors would turn on, but they would overwhelm the computer and make it so slow and unworkable. I contacted J5 customer service and they said that it must be faulty. Not happy i have to return to the store.

Second Display
I needed a way to run a second monitor aside from my dedicated HDMI port, this worked perfectly and I now have two monitors. Took a few minutes to get the computer to understand what I was doing but has worked flawlessly ever since.
