Wheel damage on third trip.
I fly every week for work. I've used a number of different suitcases. I was hoping this would be able to withstand the rigors of travel and luggage handling. One of the wheels caved in after the third trip with it, so now it leans and doesn't sit straight. You'd think the wheels would have some ability to withstand being dropped from handling or the ramps in luggage ...

On the road again
Your staff recommended that I look at the items that were on the floor for sale. I went back and looked and sure enough. This caught my eye, knowing that I was taking a short trip the weekend this option was perfect. The colors were noticeable from all the other others baggage around Luggage around and just gotta thank your staff for making us a great trip.
