Disappointed in lack of follow up
Did a review and American Tourister said they would reach out shortly to make it right. 2 weeks later and nothing. I think that is for show as they respond to the review. Disappointed

American Tourist era carry on bag
It works well, my old one was a mess. I opted to have it checked when they needed more to do that. And the trim got rubbed off a little. Otherwise it's very good.

Hotel on wheels
Haven't had a chance to use the product yet. It seems a bit larger than the last one owned. It only lasted twenty plus years. Knowing the quality of products Staples carries I expected nothing less.

I saw this in a Stples ad, I've been looking for a new carry on bag and thought I'd investigate. I'm glad I did, it was what I have been looking for,a carry on with zippers on the front . I ought it and was glad I found it at a great price.
