easily droppable
I drop these, every time I take them out and put them inside the case. you have to be so careful not to drop these and look like a mess in public. I urge the team to look into this problem because it's pretty ridiculous this made it to the final product. Please note, I have skinny fingers and it's usually easy to handle smaller sized objects like my old air pods.

Stopped Charging
Started off happy with them but after about 6 months neither of the earbuds will charge. Would not recommend!

Still using product, but I am sure there is better
They work for the most part. I have been using the right one almost daily for a year. The left one is quieter than the right one, and I have seen another review on this site saying the same thing, so that makes me think this is a common-ish problem.

Do not buy these headphones
I’ve had these headphones for about three months and they’re the worst I’ve ever owned. It says 32 hours of battery life but that’s a blatant lie. Even when disconnected and turned off, the battery in the charging box is constantly draining, and when the charging box dies it turns on the headphones so they die as well. Sounds great! Fits poorly
I wish these fit better. I've tried all the different fit adapters and the left ear keeps popping out. They sound great but with the left ear continuing to pop out the days coming where it will drop into a place I can't get them out of. An ear hook adapter would be handy.

They are great but......
The sound is just fine, the look and feel is great. I find them very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The only issue I have with the design is removing the buds from the case. They are extremely annoying to remove.

Disappointed
Easily one of the worst pair of earbuds I've ever owned. I got them less than a year ago and it has been non-stop issues with them.
First: I couldn't get the gel tip off to put one of the other sizes on so I just got used to the discomfort.
Second: The sound kept getting quieter and quieter. Now, I have to turn them all the way up just to hear my music at all.

Not great
As JBL loyalist, I'm really disappointed with these earbuds. I purchased these to watch TV. The sound is very tinny compared to another less expensive brand. No real bass or acceptable mid tones. I spoke with JBL representative and he told me there is no way of adjusting this headset.

Great Bass
It was great purchase. But it doesn’t fit my ears. Keep falling out. My ears are smaller for the fit! Great for somebody the medium or Large ears!

This earphones are okay for the price but the sound is not that good. I was expecting same JBL excellent sound they have in all others devices.

The battery life is awesome the sound quality I'm also happy with but the Bluetooth don't reach very far I put my phone down on a wood pile and by the time I get to the other side to split only 30 feet away they cut out.

Never received my item, issue is unresolved.
I never received my purchase. It was attempted delivery 1x on the day b4 a holiday and the business is closed no other delivery was made. It was returned to sender. I called and was told they have to wait to receive the item back to the shipping warehouse and a refund will be issued if I want to purchase it again I can. Best earbuds ever
I bought these a couple of months again and I love them! I use them everyday at work! Also would like to say I forgot them in my pocket and I washed and dried them and they still work! I couldn’t be more happy with them! Will most definitely get more of there products in the future!

Great quality to the sound!
I got this because I needed some earpods and when I got these they were so good. The quality of the music was great and the battery was insanely good.

To quiet
They worked well and were pretty comfortable in the beginning bit for some reason the left earbud just kept getting quieter and now it's barley even audible I don't know why it's like that but it's just really annoying.
