Excellent Office Chair!
My husband and I both bought these chairs. They are very comfortable AND have great lumbar support that is adjustable. That is hard to find!

Very Disappointed
Lumbar option is quite uncomfortable due to minimal cushion. Feels like sleeping on a hide-a-bed with a bar positioned under your back. Expected much better comfort for the price.

Corrects my posture
I’m able to get my shoulders back and my neck in the correct position To avoid a painful neck and shoulders. I wish I had known about this chair a long time ago.

Over priced for a inferior chair.
I have owned this chair for several months and use it daily. I've never paid so much and been so disappointed in a chair. The hydraulic cylinder randomly releases. The left arm is very loose. I tightened it, but it loosened up again shortly after. The right arm has become so tight that it's difficult to move. I may be able to fix the arms, but I shouldn't have to ...

Great Chair
Very easy to assemble. High quality. Also, so far, the chair is standing up to my vigorous day. Meaning... I'm in the chair from 6-8 hours per day, and the seat foam and lumbar snaps back into place every time i get up from the chair. I would highly recommend this chair if you work from home or spend many hours studying at home. It's well worth the money.

if you have lumbar issues, this may help
office chairs are office chairs for the most part, but if your low back is temperamental like mine, this chair alleviates the need for a back roll and has some flexibility with how you are supported. Only had it for a week or so, but a welcome upgrade to my prior one.

Great comfortable chair!
Bought this chair for comfort and lumbar support wherever I sit during the day and evening at home! Not using it at a desk. Has a great tilt feature, which I also like.

I still don't have my chair. When I went to pick it up there were already stitches coming loose on the chair. So I refused to take it. The person waiting on me said he would order a new one. I'm still waiting.
