Ergonomic - NOT
This is a gimmick chair. Sharper Image should be ashamed to put their name on it. There are very few real adjustments, the seat is not conforming and is very large (not good for my 5'3" body), the tilt, even at loosest, was not easy, and the "rollers" make a lot of squeaky noise, but don't do anything meaningful. Ergonomic Chair
This is a good chair - it does help me to sit straight and I don't slide down like my previous chair. It's comfortable but I assumed there would be better massaging features. I expected an electronic massaging feature like my previous chair but there are only massaging rollers. (I guess I should have read all of the description info.)

Not really a massager chair
There are rollers built into the back of the chair, but you must rock the chair back-and-forth in order to feel them. The chair clicks when you rock back-and-forth. Can barely feel the rollers. I would return it, but it took me 20 minutes to put together

Great chair for big and tall folks
The chair is solid, but only big and tall folks can appreciate it. The tension is too strong even at the minimum. The backrest is a little too high, and the seat is a little too long and wide. They are not adjustable.

1. It is stated that the chair reclines. NOT!! It only has rocking capability, not reclining!
2. The seat is HUGE but the way it is put together it is short.

Awesome computer office chair

Assembly instructions very detailed, easy to follow. Adjustable arms are definitely a plus. Enjoy being able to control the pressure on the rollers. Would definitely recommend for anyone that has to sit for 8 hours long!

Easy assembly with straightforward instructions! I like the different adjustments you can make with the arms and shiatsu massager which is a nice touch. Great chair!
I really needed a better office chair now that I’m working from home more. It was very easy to put together. Probably took me 20 minutes? Super comfortable and the massage rollers will really help!

I highly recommend this chair!
This is a great chair, it was easy to put together and sits great! The massage works very well and the lumbar support is amazing! Tons of bells and whistles for the price. The armrest adjustments are really nice to have for a custom fit. I received it very fast and free shipping!
