I thought it was just me but now realizing it is the cartridge that sucks. Spent money to save for company to just get stuck with this junk. Not compatible at all

the cartridge was defective we had to buy another cartridge. We have used Staples cartridges before and had never had that problem.

Remanufactured Mistake
1st time purchase didn't work and after talking with Tech support had to return.

Does not work with my printer
I managed to get the color cartridges to work in my 9010 printer but it would not show the ink levels. However when I installed the black cartridge it was completely rejected by the printer. Not buying these again.

When I installed it in my HP 9020 printer I received the following message: The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer because they contain a non-HP chip. This printer is intended to work only with new or reused cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip.”

Works but the jury is still out
For remanufactured I expected an exact fit - like a new original part. The cartridge is working but did not engage like a new part when I inserted it into the cartridge tray.

Remanufactured but don't fit
Great idea but two problems not described on website for my HP 9015e: 1. XL color cartridges do not physically fit into the printer. 2. Each wrapped with "Alert!" that one must disable automatic firmware updates for carts to work. There is only a url to explain how or when to do that. Because of the non-fit I didn't get there. Reordering HP brand cartridges.

I replaced my HP ink cartridge with one of these and it will not work as it indicated a chip. Out money because of this.

Don't be fooled
They advertise this as compatible with HP but what they leave out is the HP printer won't accept it! I tried to save some money but ended up having to buy the HP anyway.
