According to Brother, this is not a genuine Brother cartridge, but a bootleg knock off. ???????

OEM, yet not compatible
Brother printer. Brother toner. Yet, my printer wouldn't except it. I couldn't print anything until I ran to my local store and bought another one. Luckily, they had it in stock. And this is the 2nd or 3rd time that I've had an OEM toner cartridge not work in my Brother printer.
