I had Quicken on my Windows 10 computer and the transfer of information was seamless
I purchased the system to transfer my Quicken information to my new computer. This made that transition seamless.

Don't purchase this if you're an existing user.
I want to renew my existing Quicken Classic subscription. Because I have always purchased from Staples I ordered this but the subscription key was invalid apparently because I am an existing user. When I tried to return it Staples said they do not accept returns on Downloads. What should I do now?

Did Not have Invoicing
My bad not being able to sort through all of the unnecessary verbiage when hunting for a new replacement for Quickbooks aka Slowbooks. This software will be fine but does not provide invoicing. It is available on the next tier up FYI.

Did not get an activation code with this. Completely worthless. Customer service less than helpful. Seems like a scam.

Email to Download Has No Active Links
Ordered the software from Staples and when I got the email to download none of the links work. Looking at the mail source code there are no hyperlinks in the email for the Download or Download instructions.

Watch out! Read everyone else's reviews!!
Doesn't say "New Subscribers Only" until you find out when trying to enter product at Quicken. However I called Staples and got a full refund. They were extremely helpful to assist. Good for customer service to understand my problem and go all the way!

Very deceiving I purchased this to renew my existing Quicken Classic Deluxe subscription since the title and description doesn't state anything about new user. Staples hides "for new users only"
In the title it does not say new users only but they bury that FACT in the description. It needs to be front and center especially because it is "not returnable". You have to request a refund through Intuit. While I was able to do this last year Quicken (Intuit) has gotten smarter and checks if the activation code is for a new user license.

This old mule she ain't what she used to be.
Do not expect any support from quicken. They are clueless. This product has declined so quickly since it's intuit days. Bought a new laptop and quicken from Staples. Staples is cheating.
While ordering it doesn't say it is only for new users. Once I got the product key it says it is for new users and I can not activate.

Easy to use for renewal
My subscription was running out. Found this on sale for cheaper than paying Quicken directly. Got an email with the code after purchase entered it in Quicken and now Im good for another year. Couldn't have been easier.
