According to Brother, this is not a genuine Brother cartridge, but a bootleg knock off. ???????

Suggestion to purchaser
Prior to purchasing 229XXL make sure it can be used with your printer model # - the XXL ink does not work with all printers that utilize 229 toner cartridges
