Brother Printer / Toner
This is my second Brother Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax and both have worked perfectly. This was the first replacement toner I have needed, it was easy to install, and worked right away.

Piece of garbage
Brother toner products are a bunch of garbage my toner cartridge began low toner alert at 300 pages and the initial cartridge n the printer did less than 100 pages before low toner warning came on I would highly recommend buying any other printer for simple printing

Online price less than store price
My wife picked up a Tone Cartridge at the Rochester store, and I noticed the discrepancy between the advertised price on line that included free delivery, and the price the store charged her, I called the store, and they immediately offered to match the online price

Too expensive
Printer companies are trying to use the subscription model even more by increasing the cost of cartridges more.
I will be getting third party toners moving forward because printers don't last more than a year anyway. So much for warranty.
Planned obsolescence is real.

Cartridge works fine
Issues with settings on the FAX/Printer/Copier to reduce ink darkness/contrast. Also, issues with blurred copies. The machine functionality is much different than the other brother F/P/C we have had.
