Terrible printer.
Terrible Printer. There is a known issue with the USB controller. So the printer will stop working as a scanner and won't recognize or write to a USB thumb drive. Worse still is HP's "help line". 4 hours and waiting for a replacement with no one answering. So the manufacturer's warranty is garbage. HP really dropped the ball on this one. Prints well, but can't use third party ink
This is a decent printer ruined by corporate greed. I wish I had done more research before purchasing it, but it has firmware which prevents third party ink from being used. The printer produces an excellent quality product. Set up was ok but somewhat problematic. I lost the printer 2x in printer choices but seem to have this stabilized.

After installing the 9125E Printer and sending a print job to it for multiple pages back-to-back pages after printing 10 of those back-to-back pages I kept getting jam after jam after jam. Good machine - check my review
I purchased this printer to replace an older one and be able to do A3 printing as well.
Very good machine.
2 things to note.
It is quite large so make sure that you have a suitable location.
I thought that it would be better than my old printer when using thicker card. I am still having problems. Check specification regarding maximum thickness.

works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't - no manual - so how does this printer work? When I print an email sometimes it prints all the folders on the side of the email - what gives I don't want that on my printed email. It will not print a marked passage-it will print the whole document out-gee what a pain. Where is the 24/7 phone number I was promised???

Does what it says on the tin.
I have had it a few weeks and setting up was easy. I haven't used all the features but pleased with what I have done so far. Slightly more clunky than my 15 year old Office Jet Pro but hope it lasts as long.
