Melted and wet
I got emails for three days telling me that the shipment was delayed. When it arrived, all the chocolate had melted, and there was melted chocolate all over the inside of the bag. The chocolate was packed with a cooling gel pack, which had also leaked all over the chocolate after three days in a hot truck. I don't care if my paper shows up three days late, but chocolate...
