Staples service
Because I needed a black toner I went to Staples to buy it. However, I was told that it was not in stock but would be delivered to my house the next day. My house is not an easy place to find without a GPS.

High Quality and easy to Install
The cartridge was easily installed and the ink quality was high. HP also provided a returned label for recycling the old cartridge.
