Just not good quality
Only lasted 6 mos. Tilts forward, permanently, so you can't use it. I don't even want a replacement of the same chair ;-)

Threads on screws don't all allign
Great chair so far. But the threads on the screws don't line up for all holes. So two of them had to be forced in and therefor stick out a bit.

Looks Nice but...
The chair pitches forward, the wheels don't roll right and I'm just not satisfied with this chair. I have never paid this much for a chair to use at my computer! I thought that I was getting a good chair but it's not.
