great coffee machine
I absolutely love this coffee machine! The packets are fantastic the flavors are rich, bold, and really satisfying. It's incredibly easy to use, making my mornings much smoother. I honestly prefer it over my old Keurig. If you're looking for convenience and great-tasting coffee, this machine is a game-changer!

We were very excited to try this machine and spice up the coffee offerings in our office. We were thrilled with the cappuccino and latte options as well as the variety of teas. Machine is definitely easy to use, but we made 1 cappuccino and 1 hot chocolate. This was enough for us to say absolutely not and return. It's unfortunate. The machine has a lot of potential and ...

Very nice unit
Makes excellent coffee. The Lattes and Hot Chocolate are a big hit here. All of are staff happy to have the unit. The pouches are less expensive than K-cups. The only drawbacks are: 1, they don't tell you how many ounces are in a S, M, or L brew 2. the cup area will only hold a 12oz cup 3. it can splatter a bit so you have to wipe down the area.

It's just instant
This brewer is similar to most single serve brewers in that there's a product inside a pod/packet, you press a button, and voila...you've got some version of coffee or tea. I have some issues with the brewer itself, but it does operate as it should. It heats water and then pushes water through the packet. It's large. Too large. It takes up a lot of space and could be...
