Inadequate product
Why am I unable to buy any black ink cartridge LC401.I have done my research and ready to order the corresponding machine, but why would I if I can’t buy black cartridges. I have looked at four different places to order and all are out of stock. I need the machine now, and I can’t have it run out of ink with no cartridges available to purchase.

No plans to buy from you again
Came in to purchase a printer. Sold a printer and ink. Get home and emailed you did not have that printer. Said printer charge was removed from charge card but not ink. Called store. Store said call service center. Center center said ink charge would be removed from my charge card. Ink arrived anyway. Hand to make another trip to your store to return ink.

Great ink. My only wish is that the ink cartridges could be sold individually as opposed to only being sold together. It seems that yellow always needs to be replaced first and instead of just getting that, I have to buy a package of all printer ink cartridges.
