Upgraded to newer Envy 6155e -- very satisfied with results to date
Upgraded to Envy 6155e because older model envy was not able to connect with Mac OS Ventura 15.02. Ease of use is simpler, print quality is similar, ink consumption seems thirstier. Not a purchase I would repeat. Slow printing, difficult to set up, still can't connect to the internet, I am trying to set up a account no luck yet

Unfortunate Buy
Starts out working great. After a few print jobs it begins to have issues. Printer always states to load paper, even when the paper tray is full. Unfortunately the color print is not good quality its bare minimum. If you want a quick print it does the job but overall its not a great printer.

HP printer is the best, I will alway.
HP printer are extremely reliable. Since 2017 my first laptop was AP printer I had kept it off until 2014 the maintenance on my laptop was very mild but it was a time for an upgrade. I choose HP because I can rely on it all my printers as well is purchased by HP. I will always purchase my products electronics HP where you cannot go wrong. I love my hp's.

Set-up used to be smoother for your printers. Since the first time we replenished the supply of 8-1/2" x 11" paper, we receive an error message every time we want to print an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet because the "paper does not match." Printer 6155e has many problems. Problems are: 1) Printed text not dark enough. 2) Printer keeps disconnecting from my HP Envy laptop. Have to periodically remove and add the printer in settings on laptop to get printer to print. 3) A new ink cartridge 68 lasted on three weeks and I don't print a lot. 4) Printer does to sleep periodically. Dislike my new 6155e printer
unlike my other HP printers that easy to use this isn't. The touchscreen is tiny and off to the left side, the electrical cord falls out of its connector, you ae forced to use an user-friendly HP Smart app to anything that's not basic copying or printing. Nice printer except HP Techs stated that my new HP laptop was not compatible with this printer and tried to scam me into getting a "free" printer from HP. My son=in-law connected my laptop to this printer. Not as great as my previous printer though.
