Didn't print anywhere near the number of pages it claims to. we go thru these cartridges every 3-4 weeks.

I had to exchange the printer for another model. The first printer kept displaying Paper Jam but I couldn't find a paper jam. My newer PC has been working well ever since I bought it.

Ease of use is similar to previously owned Envy printer.

Very nice color
Very good color output. I bought this for my new HP printer and was excited for my new printing experience. I was surprised at how quickly I ran through the cartridges, but I did print up a batch for my project. Maybe next time I will look for the XL.
