Really Like This Chair
Needed to replace chair in my home office and wanted one that would provide better back support. Was very leery about purchasing chair online, but felt for the price I could take a chance. Poor Quality Product NO Customer service.
I never tried going through Staples to repair or replace.
This chair is LAZBOY in name only it doesn't reflect the expected quality. The company that handles the customer service True Innovations, Seems to be a farce.
