Cannot contact support because of INVALID serial number. They're using old serial # for new product

Win 11 Pro and Pristine condition
I recommend this laptop for as a well-built, sturdy, business class laptop that will run Windows 11. Probably not for gamers, but great for business and family use.

HP Elitebook
I love HP Products and my old was giving me a hard time get access to files and speed was slow, because my old laptop operating system wouldn't update windows to 10 or 11. I love it and nice thin, fast, weight is light.

Great
Windows 11 runs great. I don't use too many heavy applications so the battery lasts almost the whole day without charging. Highly recommend this laptop.

Great laptop
I bought it for personal use. The screen is bright and clear. Backlit saved my eyes in the dark. The size is really slim and the weight is super light. I can easily carry it. Quick start and shut down no noise.

Nicer than expected
This EliteBook is nicer and seems to be of higher build quality and more feature rich than I expected. The keyboard is outstanding with great spacing and firm travel to make it easy to type fast and accurately.
