This Windows 11 HP Laptop beautifully replaces my old Windows 10 HP Laptop and transitioning my files was a breeze. The price was great along with the 2 yr Protection & Tech Help at a very reasonalbe cost! The Bonus was the Free 2 mo nth Staples Tech Help!! Will continue to look at Staples for my tech shopping.

Even though my new HP Laptop is an identical replacement, just much newer, I am absolutely thrilled with the ease of transferring all of my older laptop files onto my new 15.6 inch laptop.
