Excellent machine
I could not be happier. This laptop is driving 2 external monitors, a USB hub with 16 inputs, a Apogee external soundcard (recording studio), and is faster than a scalded cat! I use it as a desktop and rarely turn it off. It never gets bogged down and stays cool even when I'm pushing it. I would buy it again!

Performance tanked in less than a month
After about 3 weeks, this V15 G4 began taking well over a minute to be responsive if I had shut the lid even for a second. Chrome or Edge, on tabs that were already open or when opening a new tab. Could not navigate in email. Could not switch focus to any page other than the one that was open when the lid was shut, and nothing within that page responds. After about 1...

New Lenovo
I got this at the suggestion of the technician when my previous one which I bought in to be cleaned because it was hacked. I bought it with all the bells and whistles and protections. I’m presently having trouble using it. And will go back to get help. I feel it would have been better for me to clean my old one, and would have been much cheaper.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop computer and I love it. So happy I got it from Staples. They loaded it up and transfered pictures and documents from my old one to here. I am impressed with the easy operations . It is my first laptop and I was reluctant as I loved my desktop. After a couple of days I was completely comfortable with this machine. It is convenient, portable and I am totally impressed. This from an 85 year old.
