download debacle
I was unable to download this item. I could not get past sign-in, even with help from the help desk. I then successfully bought another version with no problem. I was assisted in getting the debit for the item removed from my credit card, by a nice, understanding Staples person. I would not recommend anyone trying to download this item in the future.
