Great Value
This is a very nice laptop with some high end specs. The only downside for me is the use of a USB port for power. I would rather have the additional port for accessory use.

Poor packing for shipping
Item arrived in a somewhat crushed box due in part I believe to a lack of packing material to protect the laptop box. It had a small mark in the laptop box.

Ok for the sale price!
To big and bulky. Wish it was slimmer. The screen, though being 2k isn't as good as my samsungs 2k laptop screen. Got it on sale, definitely would not buy for original price ($1000+).

Everything about this laptop was very good, meeting just about every expectation. My son purchased a desktop at the same time and advised me to run a benchmark test. Everything but the graphics was excellent. 6% on the graphics card and I just couldn't do it. I ran an older game (halfLife2 and the RTX) and it ... i just ... couldn't. 6% benched. So I returned. My daughter loves it. It took longer then we were told to ship to our house. But every time I called staples they were very helpful. We finally got a tracking number and were able to track our selves. Over all happy with the product.

Replacing an very old antiquated HP laptop. So impressed with the new one. Easy to transfer. Lighter weight even though it's got more "oomph", a bigger screen and longer battery life than the vintage one. Can't wait to put it through its paces!
