Not really the way I expected

Great coffee but leaves a mess
Makes great coffee but also makes a mess. Large gap between the grinder and the dosing and tamping guide allows the grinds to shoot out onto the machine and the counter.

Nothing good to said
I will give less than o, the machine sometimes did not turn on, I had to unplugged and plug it again, I had to pay 66 dollars to returned it, never ever again I will buy from delonghi again

Leaks and Doesn’t Last.
I purchased from Delonghi 2 years ago and had issues with the machine leaking after 18 months, they sent it to a repair shop to get fixed, another 7 months after that it began leaking again. I received this as a birthday gift in November and it is a wonderful machine! I go to Starbucks way less because I can make a great espresso right at home!

Cute pretty coffee maker, great espresso!
We got this espresso coffee maker at a very good price. Unbelievably good coffee! Barista level coffee and a cute look at the kitchen counter. Love it!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I bought this machine ~3 weeks ago. It never worked out of box. They are requiring me to pay to return the espresso machine. The communication has been pathetic to say the least. I'm sure they will respond with another automated message explaining they are sorry. Don't buy from them, they are truly a dysfunctional mess.

A Christmas present for my husband ( and myself)! I love the look and the clever storage place. The grinder is an innovative feature. We are very happy with the product.

Didnt work first time I used it
Product is defective steam wand doesnt work. Plugged the machine in for the first time and wasnt able to get steam or plain hot water ti come out of the steam wand.

TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY
I bought this machine and fresh out of the box it will not grind beans at all. Absolutely terrible do not buy unless you want to brew whole coffee beans. Would rather boil water on the stove with beans in it than use this absolute piece of junk.

Grinder could be better
Only “downfall” is the grinder. I got this because of the grinder on it and it’s not 100% accurate. Makes it difficult to get a perfect grind but honestly works better than a blade grinder so I can’t complain too much. Brand new at espresso and I’ve learned so so much. Overall love this machine. La Especilsta Arte is a great machine!
I absolutely love this machine! My husband who never drinks espresso drinks is now using this machine almost daily too. We both love it! It is also very easy to use. We love the cold brew feature and that it has a coffee grinder in the machine.

Don’t waste your money not worth it!!
Bought this last April thinking it would last me a few years. Broke down the pressure isn’t working their customer service got on video call with me and according to them everything is fine even though it clearly isn’t working properly. Well built, easy to use, feels like it will last
Overall this machine is really well built and solid. It is easy to use and operate. A few nitpicks, the catch tray feels cheap compared to everything else. The bean hopper is clear on the sides but I am normally looking down at it so the top should have a window as well.

Highly recommend this machine!! Best decision! Only if you like to make espresso,coffee,etc manually, there is automatic one I thought of purchasing but ended up with this machine and couldn't be happier!
