So, "we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations"??? Thats it??? Nothing about a return or replacement?? Horrible company. I will never buy another thing from this place.

Do not buy
every time I make a cup of espresso, even when I use the 1.35 amount pod it runs and runs till I have to put two more full size coffee cups under it to collect it all. Have called support twice and twice they walked me through resetting the factory settings and It does one cup correctly and then it goes back to making two and half cups. I wasted my money on a supposedly...
