TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE DO NOT ORDER
Absolutely terrible customer support from the staples team. Package was marked delivered when no one was home to bring in the package. A $1699.99 was left on the porch and when I came home there was no package. Contact staples so many times to fix this issue yet they hang up the call on me and deny any refund or replacement. Laptop Pixel Defect
Laptop is working great, but came with a dead pixel on the screen. I don't want to be annoyed by it all the time.

Keyboard issue
Had to start the laptop twice to make the keyboard working for the login. Default power setting is not good for gaming laptop.
