Great chair for the price
I went to Staples three times and sat in all the chairs over and over again, because I didn*t want to buy on impulse. Much to my surprise, the Kelburne was better than chairs that cost 3 and 4 times as much. Staples assembled it for me, and I have been using it at home the past few days and really like it.

Cheap
I had this chair for a few years now. HOWEVER, I may have used it a dozen times, if that. The fake leather is peeling off the chair and going all over the room! Very cheap material...

Doesn't lean back
First, this chair is difficult to assemble. When we finally got it put together we find that it does not lean back without planting both feet on the ground and REALLY pushing it back.(Yes, we adjusted it all the way) It is also pretty squeaky(the faux leather). It may stop, who knows. The jury is out on keeping it.

Defective
This chair was delivered in Oct. 2023 and fell apart by February 2025, so was good for about 16 months!

A Comfortable Chair, But....
I purchased this chair from Staples about a year ago. While it is a very comfortable desk chair, I can no longer get the chair to stay at the height setting that works for me. It constantly lowers to an uncomfortable position no matter how many times I set the lock on it. This started about four months after I brought the chair home and it's quite aggravating.

Excellent desk chair
This chair supports my heavy husband very well.
Our last chair was similar; arm rests were different. They swiveled but didn't affect comfort. These are solid; the other's inside parts broke or separated.

Solid purchase
I bought this for my son’s computer desk… he likes gaming but I didn’t want to spring for a gaming chair. This one is comfy, sturdy and was easy to put together. Chair has adjustable height but no recline options. Still, it is very comfortable and offers great support! Great buy.

Comfy desk chair
I sat in every chair at Staples, and picked this one. I was assisted by a great employee named Jenae (hopefully I spelled that right). My son helped me put it together and we had no problems. It is for my writing desk, not my computer. I find it very comfortable.

Don't buy
This is a very uncomfortable chair. I am looking into a back support cushion to hopefully make this chair less uncomfortable. The seat is not very good either. I also don't like the arm rests being low.
