Terrible
These are supposed to be compatible HP cartridges. They are actually HP cartridges but because of the "chip" you have installed, the HP printer won't read them. So they are useless.....

does not fit copier
This has happened twice when I put in an order for an 81a, this pops up as a substitute, but it does not fit.

printer does not read the cartridge as they are not original and are a refilled, therefore no warning that the toner is getting low.

They work well.
They work well. I have been using these items for about 6 months now. They work well and do not give any head aches.
