The ink purchase was a standard purchase however , the service from the Store Manager for my rewards app was phenomenal. For some reason I had not been able to load the app and get my points, etc and he straightened it all out. It was a long process and he was extremely paand saw it through. I was very appreciative. I certainly would have given up long before he did...

The print quality of the ink Cartridges is great , I just wish they would last longer, sometimes they fill like there’s not a lot of ink in them.
