Cartridges last forever
I bought my Canon printer a year ago and the small cartridge that came with it lasted a really long time. I am expecting the new cartridge to last several years with my printing needs. Canon is an excellent brand and can be counted on for quality products.

the price is ridiculous
brand name toner cartridges are prohibitively expensive. while a viable business might benefit from marginally increased reliability, the pricing is not beneficial for private use.

Toner Cartridge Delivery
Staples delivery is excellent and dependable. Cartridges are carefully packed and have never arrived damaged. I have only had one cartridge that didn't arrive and that mishandling was on UPS not Staples. Overall good service for on line ordering.

Expensive, but much better quality than generics
We've bought generic ink cartridges, but not always with great results. When we needed great quality for a print project we went back to the Canon cartridges, which immediately fixed our problem.

Opened yellow toner and it was empty
We opened our yellow toner and put in the printer. It made 1-2 copies and was out. We brought it back and staples got us another one. Great customer service!
