Works great so far
Love the size, cuts many sizes but fits on the countertop easily. Handle is not obnoxiously protrusive. Gives a clean, straight cut. I’ve enjoyed it immensely so far (received it about a month ago.)

Poor Quality
Cutter is very light weight and cheaply made. Had to hold in on handle to get a smooth and even cut.

This item is great! Looks exactly like the photo, the blade is nice and sharp. The description says it can cut up to 20 items but we found only 15 cut effortless.

High quality, cuts well

Not quite square
Sharp, light, but disappointed when I discovered pushing paper up against the backstop does not give a perfectly squared cut. It is necessary to laboriously line each sheet up with the grid.

Not what I expected
It was purchased to replace one that was approx 25 years old. The guide at top isn't flush so paper slips under making it difficult, at best, to get a straight cut and there is nothing to hold the paper down before cutting so it doesn't shift, wrinkle or pop up. it is also very light weight, which I find a negative. Much needed replacement
This guillotine trimmer was purchased to replace a much disliked trimmer that should have been used for crafts, not in an office setting. The new X-ACTO trimmer is exactly what we needed. It arrived quickly, as described, and works great.

Ok but not great
The guide at the top doesn't flatten against the cutting bed so the paper can't be cut square as it slides under unless you spend extra time trying to align it.
