As advertised
These are absorbent. The coated box means no sogginess from water drips. The box doesn't stay in place as others have noted, but use of one's elbow easily keeps it in place. Not a big deal.

Box doesn't stay in place
When you pull up a towel, the box is lifted off the surface. Defeats the purpose of popup towels.

Better for cleaning than hands
Towels are very rough and papery. The alternate type of popup hand towel is much softer and more attractive.
