Easily scratched cloudy plastic face, display is different than shown - Unacceptable
1. This device has a different, less detailed display than shown, so, Staples deceived their customers.
2. The face can be scratched with a dull finger nail, I scratched it thinking the cloudy screen had another cover that needed to be removed. Totally booby trapped.
3. It uses AAA batteries instead of a coin LED battery, and doesn't come with them.

It promised a lot but delivered a flop. The dial is not illuminated. The clock numbers too small.

Device is not accurate
I have to reset this Taylor brand tiny thermostat for five times to get a reasonable temp since the first reading was 91F then second reset was 88F. After the third reset to 87F, it was still high at 11:30 am, the four reset to 85 and the final reset to 83 F.

Meets my needs (but not as pictured)
As another reviewer noted, the image for this product is incorrect. If you search the model number listed here, you'll find images of a simpler display. Which is fine -- it's all I needed! I would recommend Staples correct the image to avoid future confusion.
