Does not last!
These Brother cartridges do not last. I purchase all new cartridges on 4/9/18 and now had to reorder today, 4/24/18. It costs me more a month for cartridges than it cost for the printer! Ridiculous.

Brand quality and performance.
No surprises here, no streaks, no funny noises - it works as it should. Would love for the cost to be lower, but I don't want a defective cartridge ruining my workhorse.

Ship in fewer boxes
You sent me this order and three more in 4 separate boxes, shipped a lot of air. My guess they all could’ve been strapped together and sent as one or 2 to save freight costs. Perhaps you could consider the ‘initial order’ a different method vs the subscription refills which would certainly come at different intervals.

OEM is the way to go!
It seems like every time I try to save a Bouck and buy refilled or aftermarket toner I am disappointed. I use these in my business. I don’t like unexpected downtime, and I can’t have unexpected downtime that I knew was likely!
