Uncomfortable
This headset is very uncomfortable. Do not recommend if you will need to wear them for extended periods of time. Does not work well with glasses.

Doesn't work with a PC
Absolutely no directions. The link they give you to the "complete" setup paperwork tells you how to plug it in (duh!) and how to adjust the headband (also duh!). Why bother making a manual if you're not going to put any useful information into it. The problem is likely Win10, but there's no solution anywhere for this single plug (headphone+mic) jack. good basic headset
I'm not finding this super comfortable. I think I'm not a fan of the foam on the earpiece.
The sound is pretty good and the mic seems to keep out the lawnmower noise from outside the window during conference calls.

works on Microsoft Teams
I only bought it for Microsoft Teams. I had a different headset, and during meeting, other folks had trouble hearing me correctly, so I bought this one, and it works just fine.
