Seat cusion none existant after a few days of use
I bought this chair 3 weeks ago. After 3 days of use the cushion was gone. I returned it for another wondering if it was a defect since the store model felt better. I have had the replacement chair for 2 weeks and every day it gets more and more uncomfortable. To the point that my leg is falling asleep. This chair is amazing. It is very well packed. Instructions are clear and I like how each step is labeled and screws are individually package labeled to match steps. The “L” wrench short and long length are just slightly different in length but you will need the short side for the tight spacing on a few screws.

It's a pretty solid chair. It's not the best I've sat in, but for the cost it's a really good pick, and just because it's not the best doesn't mean if bad. It's by no means a bad chair. I'd recommend it to anyone on a budget or people just looking for a cheap but good chair.

Comfortable but two defects.
Aesthetically well designed and very comfortable but it came with two closely arranged but small puncture holes located at the top of the back rest. Also the leather overlapped one of the screw holes on the left side of the back rest. Otherwise, I would recommend the chair at it's sale price.

Got the floor model - like it
Comfortable desk chair. Arms fold up to allow chair to be pushed in close to the desk and out of the way when not in use. Got the warranty too in case the “leather” starts to crack and wear off. Otherwise, great chair.

Sciatic Nerve Damage
Chair seemed fine at first, but after a few months of using it I started having bad sciatic nerve pain. Traced my new debilitating back and hip pain back to this chair!
