Turned old cabinets to almost new
I just rented an apartment in a very old building. They remodeled and replaced everything but the cabinets. New floor back splash baseboards. CHANGED FORMULA!! BEWARE!
I've used Murphy's Oil Soap for 35 years…then bought a new bottle in January 2022 and the company has changed the formula!!! They have added citronella and I'm allergic to it. Smells like home
I have loved this product for years. I think the fragrance is so nostalgic. Even my adult son breathes in deeply when he comes home and says it smells like home. It cleans well and leaves no film. I use less than directions and a little goes a long way.

Only clean with MOS
It is great for cleaning my kitchen cabinets and ceramic tile. Great smell and my hands don’t feel dry and itchy after use.

Disappointing
I have been a loyal customer all my life and this product has been a staple in my cleaning routine. It is the only thing I’ve ever used to clean a variety of wood in my home that worked well. Nothing else even came close. To say I’m upset is an understatement.

Best cleaner!
I’ve used this product for decades and LOVE the scent. I can see no difference with the formula, it still works great and smells so fresh, to me!

Amazing on laundry stains!!!
Awesome stain remover for laundry. Just rub onto stain ( fresh or set in for a long time and won't come out ) let set a few minutes add some water, hot or cold doesn't seem to matter, scrub the material together and toss into washer. It takes off tree sap!
I had blobs of sap from my Christmas tree on my new vinyl plank flooring and I was worried! I found a review that said Murphy Oil Soap would remove it so I gave it a try. I first put a small puddle on a scrap piece of flooring for a few hours and it did no damage, so I figured I was safe. Wall cleaner as well!

Great shine!
Most of my wood furniture has been in storage while I was living out of country. Used Murphys oil on many wood pieces (rocking chair, hand made table, etc) and they are gorgeous again!

I like that you choose biodegradable ingredients!
I use your product in my home, so I appreciate your product information section that lists the ingredients in the oil soap. I went down a rabbit hole of research into each of the ingredients and was pleased to see that most of them are considered 'readily biodegradable'. Scent is overwhelmingly perfume-y

New formula is just awful
I've used this for decades and came to the site to see of something changed because the smell is just awful and there is a film all over my floors and cabinets. Even Cleans Paint Brushes! 98% Natural Too!
I love Murphy's Oil for polishing my furniture, floors, and even cleaning paint brushes from oil paints. I really enjoy that it's 98% natural as a good cleaning product that is actually effective and natural is very hard to come by.

This stuff is AWFUL now! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
GROSS SMELL! The new formula LITERALLY STINKS! It’s awful on wood floors. NOT like the original formula. I will never buy this product again, and I will steer anyone who asks away from it. Terrible decision-making, Murphy’s.

New formula sucks
The original product was perfection. Heaven in a bottle. Whatever change they made has made it worthless. Smells bad and doesn’t work. So sad to see this product tainted.
