HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Grateful to find the 64 XL Print cartridge as it was the last one in stock when I visited the Norwich store. Very disappointed the store will be closing, and not expected to remain in Norwich where their resources and services are needed by the community.

Ran out of Ink in 20 days! what a HP scam!!
What an HP ink SCAM, ran out of ink in 20 days and 200 sheets of paper in draft mode. Use draft mode because the same thing happened with last ink cartridge. This was for personal use, copy tax forms, receipts, etc, no copies that use a tremendous amount of ink. SCAM SCAM SCAM !

Not impressed whatsoever, & I am paying monthly for horrible quality of ink āļø or maybe itās the newest printer šØļø I got from HP ! Either way, I feel the quality of the printer šØļø & ink is horrible black & Tri color , I could color better than what it produces!

A Good Choice
While a number of stores have the 64 cartridge for the HP ENVY printer, Staples is the best place to buy it because of the rewards program. The cartridge is easy to install and align. I recommend this cartridge to anyone who has the HP ENVY printer.

Defective cartridge
We were getting messages from our printer that we could not print because cartriges were not communicating. We changed the cartridge to a new one and the problem persisted. So this new cartridge was defective. Fortunately we had other cartriges and the problem was solved.

Brown Kraft Envelope not adequate for shipping ink cartridges.
This item shipped with another HP cartridge. However, this cartridge was missing. It was shipped in a brow kraft envelope. The envelope was crushed and ripped so 64XL was missing. It took a month to get it replaced. My total order cost over $200. These brown kraft envelopes are not adequate for such an expensive product. I will purchase locally from now on.

Did not work
Upon receiving the cartridge it did not work. I kept receiving an error message on the printer. When I put the old cartridge back in the error message disappeared.

Defective HP Black Cartridge 64XL
I couldnāt use it. It was not recognized by HP after inserted.
There was a seal melted over it that was not removable.
