Good choice of shredder
We have only just recently purchased this shredder, which is why we have only given 3 stars on some of the ratings. However, we are very pleased with the purchase, the service and the machine is working really well. We have not had any jams.

Bought a unit to replace the one in my office (we are a medium sized office but only less than 20% uses the shredder as we have another shredder). Within the first week, i had to have the vendor 1-to-1 exchange. Then within 3 months, it broke down due to 'continuous shredding' when there is nothing in the tray and if i were to shred with the auto function, it stops and ...

I was expecting more but still satisfied
The paper you load must be letter size and stacked neatly. I threw in envelopes with letter size papers, and that did not work. Magazines will also not work. They will have to be handfed from above. If you try to handfeed too fast, the papers or envelopes can get into the space under the lid. See the photo. This is because the blades are about 5 inches below the opening...
