Quality!
Off brand toners almost destroyed our copier/printer. Don't fall for the "just as good" promise. We had to replace the drum as well because the off brand ones leaked powder ink. Because the ink would spill it would melt onto the plastic parts of the printer and cause jams; the ink had to be scraped off. A disaster: ink spills on trays, paper, and inside the machine....
