As advertised
While it is a remanufactured cartridge, we have had no problems or issues with them and they appear to be a good replacement for the OEM product.

Did not work
I put the Tru Red cartridges in my HP printer and now it won't work says print head failure. Now I have to buy another printer. Do not recommend.

Slow product delivery.
The ink worked fine after running the printer head cleaning routine and print quality was fine. My problem was with the delivery. The ad claimed delivery in 1-2 days which was a major factor in my decision to purchase. But, as soon as I completed my purchase, the confirmation screen indicated delivery would be 2-3 days.
